The House of Waterford Crystal has now located to a magnificent new home in the heart of Waterford City. The highlight of any visit, the Factory Tour gives you an upclose view of our manufacturing facility that produces 45,000 prestige pieces per annum. Feel the heat of the furnaceand witness the skills of our craftsmen during your guided Factory Tour.
After the tour, visit our retail store, home to the largest collection of Waterford Crystal in the world. While our exhibition of Sporting Trophies and Statement piece is also a must-see attraction.

Factory Tour
I am delighted to announce the opening of the new House of Waterford Crystal manufacturing facility, retail store and visitor centre. This brand new home for Waterford Crystal will occupies a 1.5 acre site on the Mall in the heart of Waterford – a prime location set back just a hundred yards or so from the River Suir and the city’s main quay, and bordering the city’s Viking Triangle area.
The new manufacturing facility includes highly skilled local craftsmen and will produce 40,000 crystal pieces per year using traditional methods. The House of Waterford range that will be produced will include trophies for prestigious sporting events, bowls and vases from our museum, heritage and designer collections, and also the special order stemware collection.
The factory tour for coach groups and itineraries will commenced on the 15th June 2010, these guided tours will operate 7 days and will include the following traditional production areas:

- Crystal Sculpting & Engraving
- Chandelier Assembly
- Design Inspiration
The Visitor Retail Experience opened on the 1st June 2010 over 7 days. Admission to the Visitor Retail Experience is complimentary and will include the following:
