The Navan Centre interprets one of Ireland's most important ancient monuments, Navan Fort. The Ancient capital and seats of King's Ulster. From the 'Real Wold' of archaeology travel to the 'Other World' to hear legends of the Ulster Cycle. Visit the unique Iron Age / Early Christian period dwelling and, though, Living History interpretation, learn about a past life. Finally , walk the path of history to the Navan Fort, the Ancient Seat of the Kings. Exhibitions are multilingual.
The Navan Centre is located just 2 miles outside the ancient cathedral City of Armagh, Ireland's oldest city. The centre helps you understand, in fun and interactive way one of Ireland's most important archeological sites, thes legendary 'Emain Macha' (Navan Fort. Open 7 days a week.

Learn all about medicine in the times of the Celts. Our doctor will treat you with herbs and potions, offer you a fried mouse for smallpox, a gold ring for sore eyes, swine’s blood to remove warts and a serpent’s head for snakebites!! Volunteer for a detailed examination, try a healing stone and maybe have a love charm or two.  Enjoy the spectacular interactive Science show, discovering the science behind forces and energy.
