The Cliffs of Moher is Ireland most visited natural attraction with a magical vista that captures the hearts of up to 1 million visitors each year. The Cliffs rise to 214m/700 feet at the highest point and range for 8 kilometers over the Atlantic Ocean on the western seaboard of Co.Clare.

The Cliffs is a Special Protected Area (SPA) under the EU birds directive 1979 and is home to Ireland's largest mainland seabirds nesting colony. The historic O'Brien's Tower (1835) stands near the highest point of the Cliffs of Moher and boats views of 5 counties on a clear day. Opened in 2007 the eco-friendly visitor centre operates using environmental best practices with a state of the art Cliffs exhibition.

Atlantic Edge Exhibition brings to life the story of the Cliffs of Moher. The themed zones Ocean, Rock, Nature and Man present the setting for geology, wildlife and human stories associated with the Cliffs. The Ledge - virtual reality cliff face adventure allowing children to experience life at the cliff face both above and below sea level, meeting a cast of characters from among the native bird and sea life. Both teacher and student packs available, suitable for 2nd class and upwards.
